Choice?

So, I feel like bloging...if that makes any sense at all.
There has so much that has happened since, well, I'm not sure exactly when, but it has.
"Do gay people choose to be gay? Are you born gay? Is it inherited? Can your parents make you gay? Can you be seduced or recruited into being gay? Do you become gay because of a bad sexual experience or because of sexual abuse?"
I found that question in a book (Is It a Choice?), it wasn't the first question, and the answer only took up a page in a half, short compared to other answers. The question alone is important enough that the book was named after it. Personally I do not think that it is a choice, that there is a chemical in our brains that makes us the way we are, maybe it is inhereited, we can never really know until it is okay for people to be open about being gay.
There are thousands of people in this world that are gay, but only few of them are out. I don't consider myself the expert on this, considering it is not an exact science and I cannot speak for everyone in the community.Something that pisses me off about straight people, thinking gays are flaunting their sexuality when kissing or holding hands in public. Like in the book I believe that heterosexuals are flaunting their sexuality.
I cannot pretend to know anything at all, but what I am sure that I know is that four years ago I began to wonder, and now I am sure of something, just not sure what.I don't know that anyone will read this, or even care that I posted it, I guess I just needed to let that out, it's not like it will make a difference to anyone really, I just needed to....
